I am getting an error pop up from so many days.
when I open myjio app, it say Proactive SIM command error. I tried to connect with customer care from mobile number but trust me it never helped me to connect with customer care. it is jio sim card.
Let me know why this error message is popups. and how you will help me to resolve this. I have attached incident photo as well.
Many times I face issue with network connectivity and internet access as well. This is really irritating me.
Sometime I feel to port the SIM card with other company. but having enough balance in SIM card I am not porting it.
