[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge benefit not given to me | |||
I have recharged my jio number with a valid plan sky ₹107 (97+10uic pack) on 14 november 12:22, but after recharge i was not able to use benifit. I was not able to access internet, not able to call on non jio numbers and not able to send sms. Whenever i swith on data connection there was a notice shown by andraoid system showing 'sign into jio network.'after opening that notification it took me to jio website, a message ' you are not connected to internet, please recharge now.' was shown. Plan validity was of 28 days. I registered a compalin after 7 days of recharge through email to telecom costumer support on [protected]@gmail.com but they replies - 'your concern is under process.' I have waited for a long but they did not credit benifit. Plan validity is over now. They just took my money and did not give benifit. Please resolve this issue. I have scrrenshot, recharge transaction id. Please resolve it. I just want benifit be credited or get money back as well as compensation of inconvenience made by reliance jio infocom. I had to recharge again after waiting15 days. I was in trouble due to this. I request you to pleaese resolve it as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
