Hello, Today i had recharged my jio mobile no. [protected] of rs. 297 from freecharge. Reference id is [protected].in that plan, 0.5gb/unlimited voice calls with validity of 84 days will get. But after recharge, they activated my plan of 297 but 2gb/unlimited voice calls for 28 days. They had changed my plan. Please change my plan. I called to consumer helpline no. 198 for complain but they said sorry we can't change. How they are saying? Was this information helpful? | |||
