I recharged with rs. 798.00 for my jio sims [protected] and [protected] for rs.399.00 each in one go from your website on 16.10.2017 through jio infocom bill desk by net banking from my icici bank account no. Xxxxx469 under recharge offer. The payment was successful and rs. 798.00 has been debited The payment my merchent referene number is jici[protected] and Thetransaction reference number is [protected]. My payment towards 96360362 has been partialy credited to my abve number account and i have received 8 recharge vouchers but not the 5gb data. The other recharge on my other number[protected] attached to my aadhar number has not been credited to the above number account and i have received neither the data nor the recharge vouchers. Kindly reconcile the payments made and credit recharged amount to the recharged number. The print screen proof failed to attach in word format. Details mentioned above.
