Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge done on wrong mobile phone

I have done wrong recharge on [protected]. I have done recharge of 399 rs via phonepe. And it showing payment is sucess. I have done recharge on 18th august 2017. Jio money transaction id is nx[protected].
My number is [protected]. Please reverse this recharge to the correct number.

Hi, I am attaching the screen shot as well, and I have contacted to that user as well but he is not ready to pay and his phone is not even active for outgoing as not submitted the aadhar card as he mentioned.
Please help me out.
