Sir I have recharge with rs 408 but i am unable to get the benefit after that i complaint customer care against recharge the customer service ensure me that you will get the benefit and they mail me in written but four month has been gone but not able to solve my problem. Sir kindly do something for regarding my recharge issue and i have written mail and bellow mention the written mail. "dear mr. Mashriqui, Thank you for writing to us. As per our records, your jio number is a individual prepaid connection. The current plan on your account is set to expire on 28th october, 2017. Post that, you will need to make a fresh recharge on your jio number to continue the services on your connection. For the list of current plans, please click on this link http://www.jio.com/en-in/4g-plans. For any queries or concerns, please feel free to contact us at [protected]@jio.com.
