I have contacted paytm for incomplete transcation about my jio summer surprise rs 309 recharge but they have told to contact you. My transaction for jio membership has not been done rs 309 has been deducted from my wallet but it has not been reached to jio. I am trying since 15th apr but still the transaction has not been completed. I want refund immediately. My jio number [protected] and my paytm number [protected].
