[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge unsuccessful | |||||
At around 11.30 pm on 20-07-18 I have recharged my jiofy through net banking using my jio account. An amount of Rs. 399-00 has been debited from account but my recharge was failed. While inquiring about the transaction to customer care, the jio customer care executive replied me, "We did not get any money from you". Where is my money gone then? Please have a look at the screenshot of confirmation mail sent by my banker. Please help me out_________!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jul 25, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The debited amount of rs 399.00 is reversed back to my account after 5 days. My sincere thanks to all of those who helped me to resolved the issue. Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
