[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge unsuccessful

At around 11.30 pm on 20-07-18 I have recharged my jiofy through net banking using my jio account. An amount of Rs. 399-00 has been debited from account but my recharge was failed. While inquiring about the transaction to customer care, the jio customer care executive replied me, "We did not get any money from you". Where is my money gone then? Please have a look at the screenshot of confirmation mail sent by my banker.
Please help me out_________!!

The debited amount of rs 399.00 is reversed back to my account after 5 days. My sincere thanks to all of those who helped me to resolved the issue.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Today on 23-07-18 I got a message from them. The are telling about not getting the money. Here is another screenshot which shows the money is debited from my account. The account no is edited for security purpose.
