[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — Recharged with 408 rs but not showing any plan

Hi,

I am pankaj today i. E on 20th april 2017 i recharged my jio number "[protected]" with rs 408 plan from my jio app through paytm mode. From paytm i got successful payment message but the recharge successful message i have not recieved yet and the wallet txn. Id is [protected]. And in my jio app no plan is showing and i am also not able to make any calls as it is saying no balance. Also in the transaction history there is nothing. Please refund my money or recharge it as soon as possible.
