[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Recharged with 408 rs but not showing any plan | |||
Hi, I am pankaj today i. E on 20th april 2017 i recharged my jio number "[protected]" with rs 408 plan from my jio app through paytm mode. From paytm i got successful payment message but the recharge successful message i have not recieved yet and the wallet txn. Id is [protected]. And in my jio app no plan is showing and i am also not able to make any calls as it is saying no balance. Also in the transaction history there is nothing.
