Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharging

I have recharged jio's 349 plan into [protected] number from banglore on 13/4/2018 evening around @6.30 pm. The actual user of this number is in delhi. So after recharging from the shop i i get know that. That person didn't receive any message for confirming the recharge. I thought next day it will get. But didn't. This is the 3rd after that. So, please repair this problem as soon as possible.
