Reliance Jio Infocomm — refund for deposit of portability | |||
We were trying for porting in jio from relience but after many try portability was rejected. They already take deposit from us but then after portability was rejected. So we were port into airtel. Rs-6487 was taken from us as a deposit So kindly refund us as early as possible in our account. Our account number is-[protected] (Union bank) Ref no-n[protected] (Amount 1497)-date-04/09/2017 Ref no-n[protected] (Amount-4990)-date-11/09/2017 Jio account no-[protected] (Hsbc bank) They said us that after 45 days we will receive our refund but today after around 60 days we do not receive the payment.
