Reliance Jio Infocomm — Refund for rejected mnp request | |
I had applied for mnp on 15-may-2017 at 8 pm and the order number is orn no. No00002ne67k. I also paid rs. 408= using my debit card. The same was rejected on on 16-may-2017 at 8:30 am. I contacted jio customer care and the agency for refund several times. I have still not received the same till date. Nobody in the world including mukesh ambani has any clue about my payment to jio. The agency details are as follows: Reliance digital express mini Address: 48, state highway 113, udhayam colony, lambert nagar, valasaravakkam, chennai, tamil nadu 600092 Contact person - mr. Justin Contact number - [protected] I have visited the store atleast 5-6 times but there is no assurance about my refund. The jio care is also useless, they only know to welcome and say goodbye. My jio no is [protected] an I recharged with Rs 408/- on 14.06.2017 but passing after 48 hours my plan is not activated. Please do needful action in this regard. I already called 5 to 8 times in customer care service centre but still not activated.
