Reliance Jio Infocomm — refund of e-voucher worth rs. 399 transferred to a wrong number | |||
Respected Sir, today i recharged my reliance jio number ([protected]) with plan Rs. 399 & recharge was successful and I got e-voucher than after I transferred that e-voucher to my another number that is [protected], while transferring e-voucher I made a mistake and put a wrong jio number that is [protected] and e- voucher is transferred to this number is successful. When I realized my mistake then I contact to customer care chat service of jio, customer executive denies to cancel the transfer and refund or revert back the e-voucher. They suggested me to contact to the person ([protected]) to whom I transfer e-voucher mistakenly. Thereafter I put a phone call to that person and his/her phone is either not reachable or switched off. Here I want to ask some questions to Jio Authorities that: What should you do with a individual facing these kind of problem ? Whether you are helpless and hopeless? If yes, then why there is customer support team and why should you ask politely that How may I help you? If my hard earned money is transferred by myself mistakenly to another number and authorities are helpless and hopeless. My contention is that if there is option in my jio application to transfer e-voucher then why there is not any way or option to cancel the transfer or edit the number or transfer.
