Reliance Jio Infocomm — refund rs 297/-, received through sbi internet banking, but jio fi no [protected] was not recharged on 25.03.2019

I wanted to recharge jio fi sim no [protected] and paid rs 297/- to reliance jio infocom on 25.03.2019 at 07.52 through state bank internet banking reference no igafskqyw5. My sim was not recharged.
