Reliance Jio Infocomm — Regarding jio recharge not done but amount debited from account [#6482607]

Dear jio,

I have done recharge of 402

But it get fail because of error and amount of recharge debited from my account. Please refund money or make rechagre to that number.

I have done payment with jiomoney.

Please respond to this mail. Because i have taken follow up continuously from 08/04/2017 but no one take part to reply.

This is not expected from reliance jio.

I have attached screenshot of transaction details...

Please reply asap.

Kindly update the jio voice to support jiofi on iphone 5s. Jiofi climes to be access by all the devices which has 3g but not supporting on iphone 5s.
