Reliance Jio Infocomm — regarding the rude behaviour

Sir i have called jio care on date and time of the call-nov 2 6:40pm
Number call from -[protected] and he instead of helping me started abusing me and today the same thing has happened once more i have a call from jio on my alternate number -[protected] regarding the complaint i have done towards the slow speed the lady was so rude and instead of helping me she talked me so rudely and disconnected the call.
I have made a lot of complaint in jio regarding this but not a single step has been taken towards my complaint, these guys take the customers for so granted. I request you please make these guys learn some leason so that they don't repeat this in near future

In my jio no and also other jio customers are dis satisfied with the company because of no signal and very very slow speed data.even sometimes the data speed is below 2g speed but we are pay for 4g speed data.so pl tell me can i recharge my jio no or jump to any other network.
