Reliance Jio Infocomm — reissue number is not getting activated | |||
I lost my phone one plus 3t therefore i blocked my number by customer care center and i applied for a new connection at jio point the officer in-charge was MAINA JYOTI SHARMA .After visiting so many times after 15 days they informed me that the sim that was issued was invalid so i submitted the documents again but the sim did not get activated now they saying that the company itself has lost my scanning code and my can not be activated .I have issued that number to all my banks for net banking and all and i can not change that number, and if the company has lost any scanning code or anything related to my sim that's company's responsibility .and if the company thinks losing one conman man customer is not a big deal then i would reach to the higher authority .when i called the customer care and spoke to ashish ranjan das he informed me that my sim is active and i am using in my one plus 3t phone .I would like to hear from you guyz as soon as possible with a resolution.
