Reliance Jio Infocomm — reliance jio calls suspended (without notice) | |||
The issue was requested to jiocare center (28/07/18) and details also provided to an executive who called on 29th morning from jiocare My incoming and outgoing both are suspended which is causing a great deal of inconvenience, considering airtel (Previous service provider) did mention that there are no outstanding dues from their end as my payment was done on 15th july. 19 paise was outstanding (Which i went to pay, however airtel mentioned it’s clear as it anyway rounds down to 0 mathematically) My entire time went tossing from jio service center to airtel and back to jio without any resolution to the issue. After this, jiocare said, they have received the payment however my call service didn’t revive. Incoming says “not reachable or switched off” outgoing doesn’t work at all. I tried changing handsets etc and responded to the repetitive emails from jiocare as well. But they aren’t prompt at all and are playing around. Was this information helpful? | |||
