Hi, this is a frequent issue i am facing with my dongle. I have the 509 plan with 2gb limit per day. My data pack get exhausted on days even when the dongle is switched off. I've already complained to customer care, taken the dongle to the store and verified it. Today is one of those days, where i switched on my donge at 09:00 but it say that i already spent 1.18gb by 08:15. I used for another 25 minutes switched it off and when switched on at 16:00 it says that the account is exausted. Actually this is a recurring issue but today was a clear cut day where i have the time related information clear. Called up the customer support, the final response from the customer guy was "you thing what you say is the the truth but its not"... I enquired if i was the first person complaing about this.. And the call was disconnected. I started looking in the internet if people have similar problems and i landed here. Any help about this will be appreciated. Was this information helpful? | |
