[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — security deposit is not being refunded | |||
Raised a request (Sr00000w1lyt) to disconnect the jio giga fibre account (Service i'd:[protected] services on 09 march 2019. Ont (Router) is collected from my home on 22 march 2019. As per the policy one should get refund of security deposit (Rs.4500) within 45 days after surrendering the ont. Its been more than 100 days no response from jio gigafibre team. Whenever i call customer care team they are telling that they have not received ont, so i am not eligible for refund. I gave them contact details of jio gigafibre engineer (Rakesh gavankar[protected] who came to home to collect ont. I personally i called that engineer and enquired about ont. He confirmed that he handed over ont to concerned team. They collected my account details to transfer the security deposit. I here by request you people don't trust reliance jio gigafibre people and don't take connection also. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I did get any calls/ mail from reliance jio team. I am surprised that security deposit Rs.4500 deposited to my account on 16/07/2019 Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
