My JIO internet connection is very very slow in my area, in fact it takes more than a minute just to open a single website. when I complained about the same to them, they say it would take around 120 days to fix this issue. Around 3 times I complained and the answer was same and they asked me to adjust with them for 120 days. So, my question to them was If I am adjusting until they fix my problem, will the retain my 1.4gb data/day * 120 days and after 120 days will they credit my 168gb of data at once. They just said there is no such policy.
So, why there is no such policy? When they have already taken money from me in form of prepaid recharge for 84 days an amount of 399/- rs. Why the telecom operators will not refund my money or my data.
I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and include such terms and conditions when they make the agreement. Was this information helpful? |
