I have activated two jio number ([protected] & [protected]) around 21-sept.
I activated the sims by paying 480/- per sim along with kyc verification manually in solapur store located at rajendra chowk.
I was using the sims for around 15 days with incoming and outgoing. Sudden on friday 13-oct both the sims stopped working. When i contacted the customer care, they do not find the number. They could not search my any of the number by addhar/pan/alternate num/address... What type of system is this??
To add more worries to the case, when i visited the same store where i did my kyc and paid amount, they also could not locate my/search my number and they are clue less as to what happened.. They just started saying they cannot do anything in this case...
What sort of system is this, where a customer care or store rep cannot find my numbers... What the # i paid money for 3 months for 2 sims and now they suggest me to have new sims and number for additional cost for their filthy system glitch...
It has caused so much inconvenience, time wastage and so many follow ups and trips to store⦠really i cannot believe a company spending billions of rupees has failed to address such a basic customer issuesâ¦.
Please look into the case at the earliest and provide solution for the same.
