Reliance Jio Infocomm — amount deducted for failed transactions. no proper resolution provided by jio customer care | |||
While pre-booking jio phone on 24th aug from jio.com website, the transaction was failed twice, however, rs. 1000 is deducted from my card and when i contacted jio customer care they advised to contact bank. Bank person confirmed that payment was processed successfully to merchant bank and advised to contact merchant (Jio). Now jio is keep on pushing back asking to contact bank and is not taking any action to resolve my issue or neither providing their payment partner details. I have also shared the failed transaction ids that i got from www.jio.com website. Please help to resolve this & get my amount refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||

I complained about network sevaral time. No use. And they are cheating internet data. Simply they are showing nil data balance.
