Reliance Jio Infocomm — unauthorized monthly bill charges for 3 months

I called the customer care executive after suspension of jio number on 12th october 217 and he said after suspension no bill will be generated. But its still 3 months has passed every month bill is been generating till date. And the issue is pending with them from like 2 months. I asked for termination, but still its been a week no response has been received. No callback is received even after promising and had to wait 20-30 min to talk to the customer executive
