Reliance Jio Infocomm — Unethical behaviour and no resolution given for 1 week | |||
Hi team, I bought an iphone from reliance store worth rs.82000 with a plan for 1 year free subscription to jio in dec 2016. After using the phone and sim for 6-7 months, on 10th june 2017 my outgoing was stopped and i was told to recharge. Have spent hours on the call with customer care, everytime i get a different reason. Have written to [protected]@jio.com, on 10th june 2017 and all i got my reply for an email with more than 1000 words was a copy paste template to just recharge my phone. I have visited jio center in midc andheri east, but they are not really helpful, and say they will see what to do. Jio customer care numbers keep me hanging and dont tell me anything for hours after which i get a reply that nothing can be done or its a mistake of reliance store. The store also says they cant do anything, and they say they have done everything correct. I only wish to get my number and plan restored, and compensated for the 1 week that i havent been able to use my phone. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
