Reliance Jio Infocomm — without any information stop outgoing call

Today midnight i received a msg that jio stop my outgoing call due to misuse with out any information. I call to customer care but they don't clear the limit of outgoing call and they not prove my misuse of this no. I use this no to call my family only. I am not use this no to any business or telemarketing. When i recharge jio claim call is unlimited but now they say my uses of call is exit your limit. Please don't harassed to customer.

I have just re charged Rs 399 to my jio number [protected] from my SBI net banking and got Reference no.- IGAEBJJXP6. But my account is not showing the amount. I have not received the instant discount of Rs 50 also. Kindly do needful to solve my problem.
