Reliance Jio Infocomm — wrong recharge plan updated | |
My name is arun. I am using reliance jio sim card I had recharged 199 plan in my sim on 23/12/2017 via amazon pay and i noticed that the recharged plan is not activated my number. So i am given a complaint (Sr00000g52j3) to jio care on 23/12/2017 and it mentioned as plan not activated. After 2 days i have received call from jio and they mentioned as complaint resolved and plan activated. While checking this i found they recharged as wrong plan (Xiaomi 5a 199 plan) and its not working in my mobile letv1s Again i had mentioned this on jio care and they reopened the complaint (Sr00000g8736) After this provider closed my complaint and open as new complaint id as sr00000gn9gv But still the problem not resolved, i am waiting last 20 days for complaint resolution. I had send lot of mails to jiocare and they replying like it will solve in next 48 hrs Was this information helpful? | |
