Reliance Jio — Request is not been resolved | |||||
It's about 1 and half week on 18th march i recharged my jio no.[protected] for Jio prime using jiomony wallet. And i got message transaction is unsuccessful and ater that i call jio care they tolled me that your complaint is submited. After 2-3 days my request is been closed. Then i call jiomony care they tolled me that sir your rs 99 will be refund to you within next two working day and then again it's about 3 days that no one responded to my request. My request ID: SR[protected]. And now my jiomony wallet is locked. Their is no answer till now and i am totally displeased form Reliance Jio service care. So please help me..
