Reliance Jio Sim — Message showing Balance Exhausted | |||||
Dear Sir, With reference to the above subject, I had managed to get two sim cards of Reliance Jio on 29/08/2016. The Sim numbers are [protected] / [protected]. These Sims were then activated on 11/09/2016. As per the "PREVIEW OFFER", I should get to access free Unlimited 4G Data till December 2016. But after surfing of 2GB, I am getting a massage that " You have exhausted your account balance / Credit Limit - Prepaid User / Recharge & Postpaid Users /Recharge". I had called the customer care no. "198" about 15-20 times, but I didn't got a single response from your end. I would like to know, when I will get free 4G data till December 2016????? Is Reliance making fool in name of Free 4G data till December 2016 to all!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||

Same problem with me... But I don't know whts d problem same message show in my browser. If anybody have solution so pls rqst to you provide ASAP.
