Took connection of JIO dongle on 23rd August, it 11th day now,
Was able to get to customer care, who registered complaint
Today again got call through to customer care who said -sir i am helpless that i am not able to help you
Twitter page does not respond after even 25 tweets
Facebook page responded saying that we apologise and understand situation but unable to help you
Store which collected money and issued sim says they have done everything and nothing more to do
A totally helpless situation, i agree it would have been unfair to blame if sim was free, but when you have paid 2900 for a device, its unfair to treat this way, now even prices of device are dropped to 2000, so again at loss
No update or public statement about the same
Have not even recieved order number which indicates that form is not yet into system.
