Reliance Led (Re-Connect) — Video Format problem

I have taken Reconnect 32 inches tv from Relince digital, amarona Mall, Pune.
It is not supporting videos from pen drive . i went to Reliance digital for the same. there are not responding. simply saying yes it will not support all the formats. but while buying they sad it will support and cat log also they written that it will support.please do need full. for the same. if videos are not playing it is wast of buying for me.

Reconncet tv in warranty, sharp line showing in screen in centre position some time again and again

Dear team,

Reliance service team has worst ever support i keep on trying the toll free number they told service engineer will check on the issue still no one came for about two days.
