[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — closure of policy not done and missguided us.

I purchased a policy no[protected] in the name of mrs. Sunita gupta client id[protected]. Within 15 days i requested shri shailesh gole manager at o. P road baroda for surrender of the policy. He assured me that it will surrender after 15 days after taking approval of higher authorities. On[protected] i submitted the policy and freelook cancellation request form to m. Sweta shah at o. P. Road baroda center of reliance nippon life insurance. She didn't gave receipt or acknowledgment and misguided me. On that day shri gole also misbehaved and shouted like as i am a culprit. After sometime this policy send back by courier at my home address. On inquiry through customer care i came to know that they did't received any such request. I want to surrender this policy as i requested to shri gole as per rule within 15 days. You are requested this may be done and due amount should be credited in my account. Shri shailesh gole has not being done any help, hence you are requested high level inquiry may be done in this case, otherwise we will go in legal action.

Dear Team,

As stated previously once again I am reminding that I had submitted the closure of policy form and policy at your center, branch at O.P. Road Manisha Chowkadi Road branch Baroda (Gujarat). But the lady named Miss Shweta Shah on the counter misguided me and didn't gave me the receipt/acknowledgement of the form and further told me that all the documents will be sent to Mumbai branch- Registered office and all the process will be done from there end and the policy amount will be settled from there side. But she didn't forwarded the documents to Mumbai branch and returned back the policy and the closure form at my home address. After receiving the documents, I had inquired about it on call center, from there I came to know that they didn't received any such closure request. The manager at O.P. Road branch Baroda named Mr. Shailesh Gole also miss-behaved and shouted at me, such as I was the culprit who had came to close the policy. Kindly settle this problem and close the policy asap and transfer the policy amount in my account. Now it went on high level of frustration and anger on the working procedure of this company. I faced such a bad experience with this company. I hope now this problem should get resolve quickly or else I have to go further for legal action.

Respected sir, i have taken a gurented mony back plan from reliance nipón dated on[protected] which application no is WA336641 BUT YET I have not received my bond paper what to do please suggest me.
