Dear Sir, As per welcome kit DOB is not matched with original form and submitted documents . Complaints large / mails since Dec'2016 to customer care and HOD of reliance and also policy provider / sales manager office INDORE MP . We are not getting any positive response from Reliance Insurance Company and not oblige the company, s representative for own mistake .Daily forcefully call from Indore office for payment of next premium. I have contact personally to Mr. Aditya Kushwaha (Policy sales officer) and Mr. Sourin Patel Area sales mgr. but no action sofar.
