[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — Insurance Investment | |||
Dear Sir I had taken 2 single premium Life insurance policies, but the agent wrongly tick marked and it was registered as regular term policy. Well after this the co. failed to send me premium notes and notices, but one fine day on my inquiry after 3 years they said that the policy is closed and after that before I ask for the refund, they transferred funds in our bank accounts with our consent or official procedure laid by them. I paid my premium of rs. 7566 through reliancenibbonlife insurance website.. but I didn't get any printed receipt also...How can I assure my proof...
So kindly send my premium paid receipt and update my policy a/c also...
