Reliance Life Insurance — Mis-sale of Insurance policy

This is regarding the Reliance policy no.52487357.Mentioned details below-

POLICY DETAILS :

1. RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE POLICY NO[protected]

Agent / Broker code[protected]
Agent / Broker Name - Catalyst Insurance broker Pvt. Ltd.

I was informed that if I take this policy I will get a loan on it of Rs.700000, After few days of taking this policy the agent confused me and said that there was some problem in the policy terms giving some random reasons that the loan wont be possible against this policy and will have to take another policy as supplement and he also mentioned that these policies can be cancelled once the loan is processed and I will get refund of my money.He even said mentioned what to say and what not to the verification officer.

Again after few days same things he mentioned and persuaded me to take another policy.

After all these i havnt got the loan neither I see any benefits of taking all these policies and I dont need these HDFC policies.
So I would request you to please look into the matter and refund my money as I was conned into taking these policies which is very wrong to do so, I am an old member of HDFC family and hope you understand my situation and help me out with the refund.
