[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — policy/contract 51596748 | |
My policy completed 5 years on april 11, 2019. It’s may 16 today and i am yet to receive my full payment without deducting any tds as i am nri and on february 05, 2019 i had provided all the documentation regarding my kyc, nri status, fatca, form 10f and trc (Tax residency certificate). As per dtaa rules between usa and india, full payment should be made if trc and other information is provided. Repeated complaints via email has not helped. I called their toll free service and they just disconnected my without helping. Please help. Desperate. Was this information helpful? | |
