Hi I had placed an order with Jio Mart, Darbe Puttur Branch (574202) with order ID[protected]A and one of the 42 items ( 1 liter Coconut oil) was missing, it was too late to call back delivery boy, so I raised a complaint on the Jio Mart app, also I sent a mail to [protected]@jiomart.com to which i got a response that
" We have forwarded your complaint ([protected]) to the respective team, please be rest assured the replacement will be processed against order[protected]A) will be done within 48 hours"
However i haven't received any response even after 72 hours, when I try to reach their customer care @[protected] there is no one addressing any queries, just music for an entire hour.
Can't believe Company this big with this good potential handles customers this way
