I have purchased a woodland shoe from reliance footprint on 10/09/2018 for the cost of 3000 rupees and one of shoe got faded and changed it's colour when it showed in rain water. It would be better if the product is exchanged or the money is refunded back to my account asap. I have registered complaint in customer care but no response yet from them. No response From reliance Mart even after registering complaint through service center and online worst experience I ever had 😠😡please don't buy any reliance product here after they are irresponsible.
