[Resolved] Reliance Mobile — new sim not activated even after 5 days | |||
I purchased one new Reliance sim ( Number---[protected]) from retailer in guwahati, ASSAM, and he told me that within 24 hours my no. will be activated. But it is since 5 days i have purchased the sim. But it has not been activated yet. I confirmed with the retailer and he told me that he has already submitted my documents the next day. If my document has been submitted already then why my sim is not activated till now. imsi no---3006 (Last four digit) from retailer in ghaziabad UP and he told me that within 24 hours my no. will be activated. But it is now one week i have purchased the sim. But it has not been activated yet. I confirmed with the retailer and he told me that he has already submitted my documents the next day. If my document has been submitted already then why my sim is not activated till now. The ratailer give me Reliance mobile executive office number named Rinku and his number is [protected] (Rinku), i contact with him one week back, he assure me that today it will be activated and now he is neither picking my phone nor activating the sim
