Dear, sir, I here by inform you that I have getting message for free Internet on all Reliance sim visit 33 websites free and get free Face book. No data charge. Click www.internet.org or call[protected]toll free) see here they not mention that for avail to this service you have to require Data connection Intialy on your mobile sim.so I on my data connection but I have not received any data (like KB/MB) or my mobile was not connect with net due to not net signals .so I put off my Data connection.& my balance was getting Rs.00.00 from Rs121.85.Due balance 00:00 I anable to call any where or custmer sevice.so again I recharge my account with Rs.120.00 & call to custmer care service. How it has been possible, if I have not receive any data or not download any apps.So I call three times on 198 custmer care sevice & all this things I told to custmer care executive but All time they have not given response to me, so I told them that I want to talk with your senior or responsible manager.Then he says in Hindi that"manager se bat karoge...achhya..ha.. Manager se bat karoge...karo...karo? And he disconnect my call.what is meaning / papoose of costumer care service, I call three times, but I have getting not satisfied answer.
