Reliance Money — Loan amount debited 2 times from reliance commercial finance

As my loan date is on 5th of every month this month ie:Nov-5th my loan amount has been debited 2 time

Actual loan amount -4254.
Loss amount -4299.18

So kindly ask them to refund my money.
Mainly they are not attending my calls from yesterday till today i Called 20 times, They are rejecting my call so pls help to get the excess amount pls.
