Dear All,
After lot of pain, frustration and financial losses in market due to negligence on the part of Mr Vikas and Sanjeev in last one or two months, I am now bound to write a letter after online complaints lodged numbering CAS[protected]K4J8B5 on website of reliancesmartmoney.com .
Mr Vikas and Sanjeev had failed to serve customers on timely basis as due to which I lost money due to non execution of orders on time due to delays at their end ( delay in phone attendance, not attending phone at all, wrong order execution etc) .
I had proof and of all these allegations if you want to scan it . But my question is upto when, we as customers will have to bear the losses due to negligence at your end by your staff.
This is a serious issue and we had lost a large amount of money due to poorest services at Reliancemoney.
Pl acknowledge and take action immediately or I will move to consumer readdresal forum for further action against you all .
