I have not received product : reliance digital tv set top box after 89 days. My subscriber number[protected], receipt no mh[protected], booking id 14557909, transaction reference no ncmp[protected]. Sir, i have credited rs. 499/- on 19 aug 2018 through pre-booking tab of reliancedigitaltv.com website. After completion of 45 days, i called to customer care repeatedly through my registered mobile number. The service provider replied me to wait for 7 days. I have called several times for the same. But the product not yet reached to my address. Today there is 85th day from pre-booking process. Was this information helpful? | |||||
