I gave my laptop to reliance rescue as i got extended warranty to it in vijayawada. they gave their contact number. we are calling them for the status of the laptop but they are not at all answering the phone. if the call connects they are blocking the call. i gave 1 and half month back still no response. as i complaint to customer care of reliance rescue, they are simply saying sorry for the incovinence and saying thank you. what can i do now. they told they will replace the motherboard but still no response. i think they are cheating the customers in the name of extendend warranty.
