1. Complaint for water purifier servicing on 11th aug 2018
2. Technician visited on 13th aug 2018 and made working purifier defective
3. He committed that part is faulty and will take 2-3 days time
4. On 21st aug when i called up resq conveyed that part arrived and will be replaced on the same day
5. On 22nd again i called up they again told me today for sure technician will attend the fault on the same day
6. Today morning on 23rd aug 2018 again i called, they conveyed today definitely this will be attended
7. Again i called up at 5:50pm, they conveyed that they escalated but they don't have anything more they can do
8. I am helpless and they conveyed me address of service center who are not listening, and suggested to visit that center Was this information helpful? | 
As on the accident which took place on 20th august at 7:30 pm, as per the glass has been damaged, i need to recover it from my policy, as per the glass has been scratched and broken
