[Resolved]  Reliance Resq — ro purifier complaint not resolved for 2.5 months

Bought a aqua guard ro water purifier unit from reliance digital and purchased extended warranty service from reliance resq (Resq plan serial no 550069). This plan is valid till 29-aug-2019. The unit stopped working in early mar and logged a service request with reliance on 09-mar (Request number is [protected]). Service person visited and told that some valve needs to be changed and will come with the part. The filter life light was also blinking and the filter has not been changed for a long time (More than a year though manufacturer asks to change every year). The guy told that water quality is ok and he will get internal approval to change filter (Though wad told during the service purchase that they will change filter every year, in close to 3 years, only once filter was changed). After that, the service people did not come. Called few times and then when i called again on 30-mar and was told that the issue is resolved. When i told that it is resolved, a new service request [protected] was logged. After that, again made several calls with no luck. Just keep hearing the same story that somebody will call and update me etc.
