Reliance Resq — water purifier | |||
We have been disappointed multiple times wrt the repair issues related to this product. Extremely poor service addresal system... Inspite of registering a complaint and following it up daily for more than 10 days now... We have neither received any update on the status of our request nor the technician who previously screwed our filter... Turned up to fix the problem. Imagine the plight of a customer who has spent like 20, 000₹ on a product, getting further taxed physically, mentally as well as monetarily after buying an addon service plan just for the hasslefree upkeep of their product. Resq may plz review the no. Of products we have bought from reliance digital and also taken service plans on most of them... And this is what we are getting in the name of service...
