[Resolved] Reliance Resq — Water purifier not working since a week. | |||
I made a complaint for my pureit water purifier under contract, the mechanic came to attend call no. [protected] dated 20/05/2017 and confirmed that Problem is fixed but very next day it started giving problem we made call no.[protected] on 24/05/2017 and again two mechanics came and taken pictures etc. Made a video and gone. Since than we have called to the call Centre but so far no satisfactory answer. We are without water since a week And buying water from outside every day. We do not know when it will be done. Since we are under yearly maintenance with resq and paid charges but at a loss to understand that why the problem is not fixed yet. The mechanics came also did not give their contact numbers to contact them or they did not inform even the problem and delay. Will you look in to the matter and do the needful?
