My self Ankit Mishra I orderd A Hisense A.C. 1.5 Ton of 29990 rs with order no. RDF31227394 which is orderd in 18/4/22 from Reliancedigital.in from my friend\'s credit card.I canceled it on 19/04/22 on doorstep and refund initiated from @Reliancedigital.in side on date of 27/04/22 and today is 10/05/22 so now 22 days Complited but till date i didn\'t get any refund to my friends credit card account . and last date of payment of credit card bill is near so on next day they will charge amount of 29990+ 30% +GST = 42000 rs something amount.
So my question is that sir ! who will pay 12000 rs extra penalty? Reliancedigital.in is not ready to pay 12000 rs extra charged by credit card bank. Or I (Customer) have to bear it ? Refund is delayed from reliancedigital.in side today is 22nd day from my cancelation and i still not get my refund till date so its not my fault .
They give me a refrence no and told me that rechek the statement and from bank by transfer id so, i go to bank and bank executive replies me that its fake no. And told me that you have to pay penalty of 12000+ rs if refund is not done, and also told me to tell reliancedigital.in executive to share references id no with mail with them then they will take action within 15 days. I informed to reliancedigital.in customer service that bank is denied and told me to share references no id with mail with them .
But till date they mailed me with different orders Cancelled detail they replied without reading the mail i have all proffs against them. I have all call records against then.
I am trying from 22 days for refund but till date not received. I called to reliancedigital.in customer service daily from 19/4/22 to till date 4 time some days 5 time after that not get any resolution.
Please solve my problem you are last hope for this otherwise bank will charge penalty of 12000 rs + against me. Thank you From the date of 19/04/22 i tried so many times to reliancedigital.in customer care but till date I didn\'t get any resolution. I called daily 3-4 times to your customer service but not getting proper solution. I read your all T&C policy regarding refund and return and i also consult with consultants regarding this problem they also told me that its not my fault, problem is from your side. I have all recorings of calls from your customer executive and also your mails. I am really tired and irritated by the reply of your executive they are not solving my problems. As per them \" aap log ki jaise 20 call aate hai sab ko ham yahi jawab dete hai\". I really tired by calling to your customer executive they will repeat same script on my question. Please help me to get out of this.
I have attached some documents regarding this order and i think after 22 days from my Cancelation you will pay attention on my refund. Friends do not buy anything on prepaid amounts on Reliancedigital.in I am bearing 12000+ rs as penalty from credit card service due to delay on refund from reliancedigital.in. Or buy it if you are capable to pay penalty.
