[Resolved] Reliance Telecom — number getting always barred | |||
Myself shashi Gupta, Wants to lodge the complain that my reliance CDMA mobile number getting the outgoing barred service, on asking to custome care they reply that document verification have not been completed. Sir my number i.e [protected] of Daman, in previous month i have switch to this network GSM, , 15 days before i have made an application for its conversion to CDMA and after document verification it was started even thiird party verification was also completed then allso after three times verification yesterday i.e 18 may 2014, my outgoing services is getting barred by the company. I would like to ask why my number is getting barred service again ad again, is this service provided my reliannce telecom to the customers.. For how many times there is the provision for document verification in reliance.. I am totally getting dissatisfied with the service provided by the company.
